The demonstration will start with a brief overview of the Maestro product.

We will then briefly describe a live product demonstration that is providing VoIP monitoring for a multi-location business.   The first point the demonstration illustrates is how easy it is to get started.  NetSymphony mailed, in a small padded envelope, a mini M10P IP endpoint to each business location.  They plugged it into an RJ45 ethernet jack, just like a real VoIP telephone would be connected, and Customer Quality of Experience (QoE) tests and measurements began
immediately without any Customer or repair personnel configuration required.  The second point the demonstration illustrates is that QoE tests and measurements include both on-net and off-net segments for both packet and analog networks.  The third point the demonstration illustrates is that a business or service provider does not need to purchase the Maestro product, they can purchase a subscription to the NetSymphony VoIP Deployment and Quality Management Service.  You will learn more about our mini M10P IP endpoint and our Subscription Service after you register.

Finally you will be provided access to log into some real time reports from the demonstration providing some of the information that is available with Maestro. An actual view of the connection management information applicable to the demonstration is provided to help you understand the reports that you will be viewing.
